WORKSHOPS DO NOT OPEN AT WEEKENDS – though collection facility is available from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM SAT (if you need to vary this, sometimes we can accommodate by prior request, though we cannot guarantee to do so) drop off facility is available SUN 11.30AM – 2.30PM. NO COLLECTIONS CAN BE MADE SUNDAYS whatever the circumstance.

We accept cash payments too in all areas of our business but please note – for purchase of a caravan there is a limited amount by law that we can accept in cash.
We respectfully ask you to note the latest time card payment can be taken is 15 minutes before closing time on whatever day.

Customers are respectfully asked that if dropping off a caravan for a workshop appointment at weekend it is Sunday only unless by prior arrangement – see our detailed Workshop Drop Off And Collection Policy below) – Thankyou.
Workshop caravan / motorcaravan drop off and collection policy.
We welcome your custom in our workshop and whilst we appreciate sometimes things don’t go according to plan, due to the volume of work we have to deal with we have a strict drop off and collection policy from which we cannot deviate. If you cannot accommodate this condition when booking – please choose a different date where you are able to.
As of 2020 (unless if possible by other special arrangement) caravans for workshop bookings are to be dropped off on a Sunday and collected by the following Saturday at the very latest, drop off can be arranged for other days but collection day will be no later than Saturday of the same week. Collection if you choose Friday can be no later than 2PM.
We respectfully ask you to note that service centre bays must be empty by Saturday 4pm (2.30pm Winter Saturdays) at the latest – WE DO NOT permit any caravan collections from workshops on a SUNDAY – to enable us to accommodate incoming caravans and motorhomes on Sunday, caravans / motorhomes not collected by the required Saturday attract a daily storage charge of £15 + V.A.T as your caravan / motorhome would have to be moved into a chargeable storage space elsewhere on our premises.

Storage Customers
Please arrive 30 minutes before closing to allow enough time to put away your caravan. We will of course try to accommodate you outside these times but cannot guarantee to be available on every occasion – thank you for your understanding.
Any variations to these times ie bank holidays, Christmas etc are displayed on the entrance gates.
